Menu Description
Premium Hokkaido ingredients cooked on the robata grill and served in kaiseki dishes.
Main ingredients: seafood (such as Kinki fish, abalone, oyster, scallop, crab, shrimp), meat
(A5 Hokkaido wagyu), organic produce locally grown in Niseko. All courses include sashimi.

Winter “TAKE” season robata courses
(December 7-19, January 6-23 and January 27 onwards only)
13,000 ”Hirafu” Course 11-course meal (contents slightly vary from the 15000yen course)
19,000 “Yotei” Course 12-course meal (contents slightly vary from the 25000yen course)
45,000 “Grand Omakase” 13-course meal

Kid’s meal 4-12 years old 5000 yen (the same price applies throughout winter season)
