Naniwatei's Tomato Salad
One day, the founding chef was amazed by the proprietress's cooking. It was a tomato salad dressed in sanbaizu vinegar, made by his wife for her vegetable-averse husband, the founding chef.
From that day on, the chef began eating vegetables dressed in this sanbaizu vinegar, and eventually decided to offer it to guests as well. It is, so to speak, a recipe made with love by a wife and mother.
