Menu Description

Premium Hokkaido ingredients cooked on the robata grill and served in kaiseki dishes.
Main ingredients: seafood (such as Kinki fish, abalone, oyster, scallop, crab, shrimp),
meat (A5 Hokkaido wagyu), organic produce locally grown in Niseko. All courses include sashimi.
