We thank our guests for the continuous support and we are pleased to announce that we are officially accepting reservations via phone and e-mail for winter 2019-2020!Online reservations via Tablesolutions will be launched this September and we will make a new announcement once online booking has started. Menu Description
Premium Hokkaido ingredients cooked on the robata grill and served in kaiseki dishes.
Main ingredients: seafood (such as Kinki fish, abalone, oyster, scallop, crab, shrimp), meat
(A5 Hokkaido wagyu), organic produce locally grown in Niseko. All courses include sashimi.
